We recommend having a Team Parent volunteer to coordinate the trip, as Elite does not provide this service.

If the tournament is out of area-  (Eastern Washington/Oregon)                               

1. Elite may/may not register/pay tournament fee. See tentative tournament schedule and have Team Parent coordinate with Laura.

2. Team will split the coach’s travel expenses by the number of players attending. (gas- .30 cents per mile/hotel-$/food-$50 per day)

3. Team Parent will book/pay for coach’s hotel.

4. Team Parent will collect coach’s stipend for food and gas.

5.  If your team wants to stay at the same hotel the Team Parent may want to call a hotel and ask to get a block of rooms based on the number of families committed. Sometimes they will offer you a better room rate as a group.

***   If your coach has a son or daughter on the team… the team parent will split the cost of the coach’s hotel room by the number of players (including the coach’s child). There will be no stipend for food/gas.

 

If tournament is out of state (California, Las Vegas etc)

1. Team will split the cost of tournament registration.

2. Team Parent will register/collect/pay tournament fee.

3. Team will split the coach’s stipend (airfare/rental car/gas/food/hotel)

4. Team Parent will coordinate with coach on booking/paying for his airfare/hotel/rental car.

5. Team Parent will collect coach’s stipend for gas/food.

6. If your team wants to all stay at the same hotel the Team Parent may want to call a hotel and ask to get a block of rooms based on the number of families committed. Sometimes they will offer you a better room rate as a group.

***    If your coach has a son or daughter on the team… the team parent will split the cost of the coach’s hotel room/flight/gas by the number of players (including the coach’s child). There will be no stipend for food.
